Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to meet and exceed their financial needs.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and routine problem resolution.
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance and bank security protocols at all times.
- Open new accounts and cross-sell banking products and services to maximize customer value.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or banking experience preferred.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to perform mental calculations quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Must pass a background check and credit check as part of our hiring process.
