Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to meet audit standards
- Assist customers with digital banking tools and self-service kiosks
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate bank products based on customer needs
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
- Basic proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
