Responsibilities
- Process cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build trust through personalized customer consultations on banking products
- Resolve account discrepancies and customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank services while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Support branch operations through cash management and record-keeping
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license and clean background check
- Must pass mandatory FBI fingerprinting and credit check
