- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently with empathy and professionalism
- Uphold strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain organized records and contribute to branch operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift coin bags (up to 30 lbs)
- Must pass background check and federal fingerprinting
