Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision
- Resolve account inquiries and provide financial product guidance to clients
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking services and products
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in quarterly branch audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and financial software applications
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
