As a Bank Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their financial needs are met with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cashing checks, handling deposits, and withdrawals.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Ensure the branch lobby and teller line are organized and welcoming.
- Identify and report suspicious activity to ensure security compliance.
- Assist in opening new accounts and processing loan applications when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
