Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues.
- Maintain strict control over cash drawers, ensuring daily balances match system records.
- Identify and report any suspicious activities or potential fraud to branch management immediately.
- Cross-sell bank products such as credit cards, loans, and investment accounts to meet branch goals.
- Operate bank software and ATMs to assist customers with digital banking needs.
- Uphold strict compliance with federal and state banking regulations and internal security policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking or cash handling experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to perform calculations accurately under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
