Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Sales Support: Cross-sell our suite of financial products, such as loans and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Account Management: Assist with account maintenance, including account openings and closures.
- Accuracy & Compliance: Monitor cash drawers and ensure daily balancing is precise while adhering to all banking regulations.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous cash handling or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Math Skills: Strong mathematical skills and the ability to count cash accurately under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity: Ability to pass a background check and a credit check (where applicable).
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented and able to follow strict compliance regulations.
