Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build trust by resolving account inquiries and providing personalized financial solutions
- Uphold stringent security protocols to protect customer assets and bank data
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to enhance customer relationships
- Maintain precise cash drawer balances and daily transaction records
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
