Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through accurate transaction processing, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain precise financial records while adhering to regulatory compliance standards
- Actively identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products (credit cards, loans, accounts) to support client financial goals
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently while maintaining professional composure under pressure
- Process new account applications and assist with account maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless operations and positive client experiences
- Uphold stringent security protocols to protect client assets and confidential information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant banking certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience in a financial setting
- Exceptional mathematical accuracy and attention to detail for transaction processing
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and adapt to fast-paced branch environments
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays as needed
