Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions to clients
- Actively cross-sell bank products while maintaining strict compliance standards
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance and night drop services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales and service targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with basic banking software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and clean background check
- Must pass mandatory credit check and fingerprinting
