Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, balances, and banking services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
- Collaborate with branch management to improve customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
