Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build trust by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions
- Resolve account inquiries and discrepancies while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions according to bank protocols
- Actively promote digital banking tools to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve sales and service goals
- Uphold strict regulatory compliance and security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and digital banking platforms
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA, AML) required
- Must pass background check and credit review
