Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized financial consultations
- Cross-sell bank products including checking accounts, loans, and credit cards
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations (Regulations CC, E, Z)
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes using de-escalation techniques
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Participate in branch security protocols and fraud prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with digital banking platforms and MS Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean background check
- Notary public certification (or willingness to obtain)
