Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions while adhering to strict audit protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, escalating complex issues to appropriate channels
- Actively promote bank products (checking accounts, credit cards, loans) to meet sales targets
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security standards for all customer data
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless branch operations and customer flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance/business preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail, banking, or customer service role
- Proven ability to manage cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Must pass background check and obtain required banking licenses
