Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and product knowledge
- Resolve account discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly using problem-solving skills
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer financial goals
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions with precision
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with diverse customer populations
