Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while identifying cross-sell opportunities for banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Assist clients with digital banking tools and mobile app support
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to expand bank presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail banking environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA) preferred
