Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with precision and accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding accounts, loans, and digital banking
- Actively cross-sell banking products (credit cards, loans, investment options)
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations (BSA/AML)
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile end-of-day reports
- Collaborate with branch managers to enhance customer retention strategies
- Train junior staff on new banking technologies and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in banking or retail
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in customer service roles
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations (Reg CC, Reg E, BSA)
- Proficient in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
- Associate degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
