Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions to prevent discrepancies
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and banking products
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Actively identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience in a financial setting
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
- Texas Notary Public certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Pass background check and credit verification
