Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial solutions and product recommendations to clients
- Resolve account discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly
- Uphold strict compliance protocols for anti-money laundering regulations
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records daily
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets for banking products
- Support new customer onboarding and account documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Fraud prevention and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Previous banking experience preferred
