As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our bank, ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive banking experience.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure strict accuracy.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, products, and services with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional teller line area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or banking experience preferred.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is a strong plus.
- Strong math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software.
