Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service and resolve account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records
- Cross-sell bank products and services
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security procedures
- Assist with new account openings and maintenance
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and credit screening
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
