Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Deliver exceptional service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Safeguard assets by maintaining accurate cash drawer balances and following security protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain organized workspace and uphold branch cleanliness standards
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No banking experience necessary – comprehensive training provided
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends (Saturday shifts available)
