Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and ensure timely financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare complex reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting
- Lead internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff and develop team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
