Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build lasting relationships by identifying customer needs and offering personalized financial solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to enhance customer financial health
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through collaboration and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
