Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with account inquiries or transactions.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Monitor cash drawers and ensure all transactions balance at the end of the day.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank security and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or banking is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
