Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies promptly
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional composure
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
- Stay updated on banking products and regulatory changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail with mathematical aptitude
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and federal fingerprinting
