Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide exceptional service at the teller window and lobby.
- Open and close accounts, assisting customers with new account applications.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales targets.
- Maintain strict compliance with bank security protocols and audit requirements.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with branch operations, including balancing the vault and ATM maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus (training provided).
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to count money quickly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
