Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments)
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products
- Adhere to security protocols and compliance regulations
- Assist with new account openings and basic account maintenance
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with financial systems
- Must pass background check and drug screening
