Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and educating customers on digital banking tools
- Uphold strict compliance standards for anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer flow and operational excellence
- Support branch initiatives including community outreach and financial literacy programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and bilingual Spanish highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and fingerprint clearance
