Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking solutions
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with audit protocols
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products (loans, credit cards)
- Collaborate with branch leadership to enhance customer experience workflows
- Uphold all regulatory requirements and security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with basic MS Office and banking software
- Must pass background check and credit assessment
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
