Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with 100% accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing superior service and identifying financial needs.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as loans and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Assist with account openings and maintaining accurate customer records in our core banking system.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus).
- Previous experience as a Teller or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
