What You'll Do:
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Verify and balance cash drawers and daily settlement reports to maintain financial integrity.
- Provide superior customer service by assisting clients with account inquiries, balance checks, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Proactively cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and other banking software to manage customer accounts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional teller line area to ensure a smooth customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strict attention to detail.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle large amounts of cash.
