Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, with high accuracy and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving account issues, and offering product solutions.
- Accurately balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial integrity.
- Open new accounts and assist in the sales and referral process for loans and credit products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment for customers and staff.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and bank policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; prior experience in banking or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle large sums of cash accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking software systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
