Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers for customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and educating customers on our products and services.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all bank security protocols, including Know Your Customer (KYC) laws and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
- Account Management: Assist in opening new accounts, processing forms, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Cash Balancing: Perform end-of-day cash counts and reconcile daily transactions to ensure the vault balances perfectly.
- ATM & Vault Service: Monitor and restock ATMs, and secure cash and valuables in the vault as required.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend credit cards, loans, and other financial products to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude with the ability to handle large sums of cash with 100% accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic to intermediate computer skills, including experience with Windows applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a consistent attendance record.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check, credit check, and drug screen as part of our hiring process.
