Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments, with a focus on accuracy and security.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals and enhance customer relationships.
- Maintain the teller line area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and compliance regulations, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards.
- Assist in balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift to ensure 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a retail/customer service role preferred.
- Strong math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
