Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial integrity.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and navigate our digital banking platforms.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and high attention to detail with numbers.
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work is required.
