- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build trust by resolving customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools

- Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs and financial goals
- Maintain accurate records and reconcile daily transaction batches

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to perform basic financial calculations accurately
