Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet members warmly and provide superior customer service to enhance their banking experience.
- Cross-sell financial products and services to help members achieve their financial goals.
- Assist in branch operations, including balancing the cash drawer and maintaining a tidy work area.
- Resolve member inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain strict adherence to all banking regulations and internal compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous banking or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license (if required for branch travel).
