Responsibilities
- Execute Transactions: Process cash and check deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Provide a welcoming environment, answering questions and resolving complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Cash Management: Maintain accurate cash drawers and balance transactions at the end of each shift.
- Sales Support: Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Compliance: Adhere to all federal and state banking regulations and internal security policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Teller or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
