Responsibilities
- Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist clients with digital banking tools and financial literacy resources
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics
- Conduct daily audits and maintain meticulous transaction records

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in finance preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience

- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
