Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, services, and digital banking tools
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing procedures
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud regulations
- Collaborate with branch managers to enhance customer experience
- Support new customer onboarding with account documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
