Responsibilities
- Execute daily financial transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales targets.
- Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile all transactions using the bank's software systems.
- Assist in opening new accounts and updating existing customer information with precision.
- Adhere strictly to all banking security protocols, KYC regulations, and compliance standards.
- Keep the branch floor organized, clean, and welcoming for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller, Cashier, or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to count cash accurately under time pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit verification.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
