What You'll Do
As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our brand, handling daily transactions and ensuring our customers have a seamless banking experience.
Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments efficiently and accurately.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the teller window.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts and credit cards.
- Maintain accurate daily cash drawers and reconcile balances at the end of the shift.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
