Your Role:
You will be responsible for managing customer transactions with accuracy and speed, while providing a friendly and professional service experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the cash drawer and service counter.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, including balance inquiries and loan applications.
- Adhere to all banking regulations and internal security policies to prevent fraud.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Perform routine banking duties such as coin machine operation and ATM servicing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Familiarity with bank software and computer systems is a plus.
