Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues promptly.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Verify the identity of customers and ensure compliance with all bank security and regulatory policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure teller line area.
- Assist with routine branch operations, such as ordering cash and balancing the teller drawer.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with banking software and computer systems is a plus.
