Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and proactively referring appropriate banking products.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision using our provided software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment to ensure a professional client experience.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products to meet branch revenue goals.
- Assist in daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in retail banking, customer service, or cash handling.
- Strong mathematical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
