What You Will Do:
Our Bank Teller plays a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction for every client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with strict accuracy and efficiency.
- Cash checks and handle currency and coin transactions while maintaining strict cash control standards.
- Provide superior customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving issues professionally.
- Accurately balance daily cash drawers and reconcile all transactions at the end of the shift.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts and completing necessary paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with bank security and safety policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or banking is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle cash with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, MS Office, and bank-specific software (e.g., FIS, FISERV).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and credit check as part of our hiring process.
