Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries.
- Provide superior customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile all transactions to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify potential fraud and security risks, adhering to strict security protocols.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to achieve daily sales and service targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking or cash-handling experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with high accuracy under time pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with financial software is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
