As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our branch, ensuring our customers receive top-tier financial service while maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
Responsibilities
- Cash checks, process transactions, and handle cash deposits accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving account issues, and explaining banking products.
- Balance cash drawers daily to ensure accuracy and compliance with all banking regulations.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for loans, credit cards, and other financial services.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
- Process new account openings and assist customers with online banking setup.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cash handling, customer service, or retail banking.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial calculations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
